At Extravagant Events, every package includes the much needed bridal emergency kit.  It is a personal gift from me to the bride, including all of her essentials for the day.  Any of the following packages can be altered to meet your individual needs.

All-Inclusive Wedding Package

• Complimentary Initial Consultation and Design
• Budget Planning
• Phone calls & email correspondence related to your event
• Site selection and tours
• Booking of ceremony site, reception site, and vendors
• Accompany bride to dress selection and fittings (if desired)
• Intercoordination of vendors
• Accompany bride to tastings and vendor appointments
• Sending of invitations and RSVP follow up (creating custom invitations and postage at an addtional charge)
• Ceremony/Rehearsal Planning
• Monthly one-on-one meetings
• Assist with overall decor/floral arranging
• Day of planning and overseeing of details of event
• Rehearsal Assistance
• Coordinating of favors and guest welcome bags
• Arranging hotel accomodations for out of town guests
• Honeymoon planning assistance
• Coordination of bridal and honeymoon registries
• Setting up reception site (favors, lnens, place cards, lighting)
• Clean up and return of rental items

Rehearsal/Day of Wedding Package

Rehearsal

• Arranging and planning rehearsal dinner
• Sending out invitations
• Selection and reserving of rehearsal dinner site
• Showing up to the rehearsal at the ceremony site
• Calling vendors before event to ensure timelines are followed
• Delivering final payment to vendors
• Assisting with coordination of wedding ceremony/rehearsal

Day of Wedding

Accompany bride to hair appointment and assist her in getting ready for the ceremony
Assure the bridal party is following the schedule set for the day
Bustling the bride's dress
Miscellaneious tasks at the reception site (place cards, setting out, favors, linens,etc.)
• Ensure that all vendors follow timeline set for the event
• Cleanup and return of rental pieces at the end of night
